李少思：2025年度评审委员会评委

为了进一步提升我们的年度人物评选的专业性和公信力，我们每年都会邀请一批业界专家学者和领军人物组成评审委员会，他们的见识和经验对于我们挑选出具有代表性和启发性的人物至关重要。2025年度评审委员会的评委名单已经确定，我们很荣幸地宣布，李少思女士将作为医药生物和公益领域的评委，加入我们的评审团队。李少思女士是一位在医药生物和公益领域有着丰富经验和卓越贡献的专家，她的加入将为我们的评选增添更多的专业性和权威性。

李少思女士是中国国家发展和改革委员会宏观经济杂志社副理事长，中国少思李氏慈善基金会创始人，现为多家央级文化传媒上市公司前10股东。

她的职业生涯始于一系列严苛的学术与专业训练：拥有北京大学医学与经济学双学士学位，师从现中国科学院尚永丰院士，本科期间即以第一作者身份在SCI影响因子4以上的期刊发表论文。后在耶鲁大学获得病理学硕士，同年耶鲁大学这个专业在中国只录取了一个学生。她先后在Deloitte Consulting和国泰君安证券担任医药行业分析师，荣获新财富最佳分析师第3名、中国证券业金牛分析师第1名。

此后，她将战略目光投向人类终极议题之一——抗衰老技术的研究与应用。她和复旦大学教授共同创立的China Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine Ltd提倡在个性化检测（如HLA分型检测、METHYL生理年龄检测、TCA个性化营养检测）的指导下，进行有针对性的营养物质和细胞干预，避免盲目的抗衰项目带来的营养物质过量风险、肝肾损伤的风险和排异风险。她著有《临床皮肤学诊疗实践》，并兼任《中国医药指南》编审专家，持续推动行业标准建设。

李少思女士同时积极投身公益慈善事业，于2024年、2025年分别捐资设立“北京大学少思奖学金”“北京大学少思人工智能奖学金”，促进北京大学人才培养事业的发展，支持北大创建世界一流大学。 其中“北京大学少思奖学金”重点奖励北京大学国家发展研究院、北京大学医学部的优秀学生；“北京大学少思人工智能奖学金”重点奖励北京大学在人工智能领域有突出贡献的顶尖人才。她还是中国关心下一代健康体育基金会关爱行创始人兼秘书长，从改变贫困儿童的命运，到全额资助白血病患儿直至其康复并考上大学，她的善举体现了深刻的社会责任感。由于她在公益慈善领域的突出贡献，她亦受邀担任多项文化赛事的评委，如2025“致敬弗里德里克·肖邦”国际青少年钢琴公开赛宁夏赛区评委、“第26届环球华裔小姐全球总决赛”专业评委。

Our core mission is to reveal the crucial role and contributions of the Asian region on the global stage through in-depth reporting.

To further enhance the professionalism and credibility of our annual Person of the Year selection, we invite a panel of industry experts, academics, and thought leaders each year to form our Selection Committee. Their insights and experience are paramount in helping us choose truly representative and inspirational figures.

The confirmed list of our 2025 Industry Advisors has been finalized. We are profoundly honored to announce that Ms. Shaosi Li will join our review team as the Industry Advisor for the Biotechnology and Philanthropy sectors. Ms. Li is an expert with extensive experience and exceptional contributions in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and public welfare fields, and her addition will bring increased professionalism and authority to our selection process.

Ms. Shaosi Li serves as the Vice Chairman of the Macroeconomic Journal for the National Development and Reform Commission (NDRC) of China, the Founder of the China Shaosi Li Charitable Foundation, and is among the top 10 shareholders of several Central-level cultural media listed companies.

Her professional career began with a series of rigorous academic and professional training experiences: she holds Dual Bachelor’s Degrees in Medicine and Economics from Peking University, having studied under Academician Yongfeng Shang (current Academician of the Chinese Academy of Sciences). During her undergraduate studies, she published a paper as the first author in an SCI journal with an impact factor above 4. She later obtained a Master’s Degree in Pathology from Yale University, being the sole student admitted to that specific program from China in her year. She subsequently served as a pharmaceutical industry analyst at Deloitte Consulting and Guotai Junan Securities, where she was honored with the 3rd Place in the New Fortune Best Analysts rankings and 1st Place in the Golden Bull Analyst rankings for the Chinese securities industry.

Following this, she directed her strategic focus toward one of humanity’s ultimate challenges: the research and application of anti-aging technologies. The China Institute of Anti-Aging Medicine Ltd, which she co-founded with a professor from Fudan University, promotes targeted nutrition and cellular interventions guided by personalized diagnostics (such as HLA typing, METHYL physiological age testing, and TCA personalized nutritional analysis). This methodology aims to mitigate the risks of nutrient overdose, liver/kidney damage, and immunological rejection often associated with blind anti-aging projects. She is the author of Clinical Dermatology Diagnosis and Treatment Practice and also serves as an editorial expert for the China Pharmaceutical Guide, continually driving the establishment of industry standards.

Ms. Shaosi Li is simultaneously committed to public welfare and philanthropy. In 2024 and 2025, she donated to establish the “Peking University Shaosi Scholarship” and the “Peking University Shaosi AI Scholarship,” respectively, fostering talent development at the university and supporting its drive to become a world-class institution. The Peking University Shaosi Scholarship primarily rewards outstanding students from the National School of Development and the Peking University Health Science Center; the Peking University Shaosi AI Scholarship is specifically targeted at top talent with outstanding contributions in the field of Artificial Intelligence at Peking University. She is also the Founder and Secretary-General of the Care Action Initiative under the China Next Generation Health and Sports Foundation. Her charitable actions, which range from changing the destiny of impoverished children to fully sponsoring a child with leukemia until their recovery and admission to university, embody a profound sense of social responsibility. Due to her outstanding contributions to public welfare, she has also been invited to serve as a judge for multiple cultural competitions, such as the 2025 “Fryderyk Chopin” International Youth Piano Open Competition (Ningxia Region) and the “26th Miss Ethnic Chinese Global Final”.

In Asia—a region characterized by diversity and growth—there are countless individuals and fields worthy of our attention and study. In the Technology Sector, numerous Asian figures are achieving innovation and breakthroughs in artificial intelligence, biotechnology, and blockchain, driving technological progress and transforming people’s lives and society. In the Cultural Sector, many Asian figures are showcasing unique charisma and style in music, cinema, and literature, enriching people’s spiritual and emotional lives while promoting the exchange and integration of different cultures. In the Philanthropy Sector, many Asian figures are dedicating themselves to and striving for advancements in education, environmental protection, and human rights, improving people’s well-being and rights while enhancing social harmony and progress. Asia is a region full of dynamism and potential, Asians are a people of wisdom and courage, and Asian figures are individuals of excellence and innovation.

We believe that her participation will bring increased professional knowledge and innovative thinking to our Selection Committee, and will provide greater reference and inspiration for our annual Person of the Year selection. Her professional background and rich experience will help us better evaluate and select the most influential and innovative figures and events in the Asian region, accurately reflecting the true state of Asia’s diverse culture, economic development, and social progress. Her unique insights and constructive opinions will help us better showcase and promote the most impactful and innovative individuals and events in Asia, thereby enhancing the brand image and social influence of FigureAsia magazine.
