在这个纷繁复杂的世界里,每一位女性都在用自己的方式诠释着魅力。 今天,我站在这里,带着“亚洲女性力量”的头衔,心中充满了感激与激动。这份荣誉不仅是对我个人的认可,更是对所有勇敢追求自我、不懈奋斗的女性的致敬。此刻,我想通过三个板块,分享妈妈、女校和自媒体如何塑造了今天的我——一个自由、真实、独特的自己。 l Be free——妈妈给我的影响 我的妈妈生在一个70年代没有计划生育拥有七个兄弟姐妹的大家庭,那个工农时代家里拼命的生男孩,而我只有两个舅舅我的妈妈很显然也会是那个年代的产物,家里都是围着舅舅转的,所以我认为她也不会有什么很大的人生理想,那个年代的女性自我是排在家庭和性别地位之后的你先是个谁的姐姐妹妹或者谁的妻子母亲在到最后你才是你自己,你一生最置前的规划应该是嫁个好老公或者把家里弟弟妹妹小孩们照顾好再谈你的个人感受或者你根本不要有感受 。 这样的背景下我妈妈居然成为一个人养活一家三口的企业职工,变成了掌握话语权一家之主 。在我初中的时候居然跟我爸爸离婚了,那个时候离婚是和稀奇的事情,一个班基本没有同学的爸妈是离婚的。离婚这件事情好像只是民法典上出现但不会使用的条款,那个时候开始我就觉的我的妈妈是个很酷的妈妈,好像什么事情都自己可以决定,做什么事情虽然很艰难但到最后的结果让我看到也没什么大不了,“非主流”天也不会塌下来。这方面很很影响我做重大决策的时候有勇气遵循自己的内心敢于追求同时也能有勇气承担结果。妈妈很酷 她不是什么企业家也不是什么大人物也没有得到过什么重大的成绩但退休后还奔走帮居民维权,一边帮我喂猫一边和律师打电话沟通其实这样的她还挺让我刮目相看的。我很为她感到骄傲,可能因为我从小的牌就是很差所以小时候我骨子里是很自卑的没有钱上补习班,也没有钱买好看的衣服,所有遇到人生的重要节点都是硬着头皮上的。就是那种很害怕,但是也要冲,因为冲是我唯一的选择,我很胆小,也很勇敢。我不管我做得好不好,但要站起来抢先比别人快,这样就赢了一半了,因为我要亲自去看我的瓶颈而不是别人告诉我我的瓶颈 这可能就是我“勇敢自由的追求自己想要的人生”是妈妈给我带来的基因。 l Be true——上女校给我的影响 漂亮的裙子永远没有名校的校服好看,不知不觉我也到了上大学的年纪在那之前前后拿了不少大大小小模特选美比赛的小奖再到省冠军 ,如此轻描淡写的都是当初省略一万字的不容易,只不过到如今已经成为“轻舟已过万重山”的那个自己。那些跌宕奋力前进和咬牙的坚持的自己已经融进身体里成了另一个新的自己了 ,这时候我觉得我的人生应该开启一个新的纬度,于是我到了韩国top7的大学这是引爆过政坛罢免国总统 和“姐姐来了”事件维权灯亮起来堪比演唱会现场震撼的亚洲第一女校,这里曾经诞生过8为女总统,也被誉为韩国“夫人的摇篮”意味着韩国人认为自己的老婆都应该出以这所学校为荣,而后来现在的大小标语也在随着改变为那一句很有名的“I am your Future Boss, not...

他不仅长得帅,还是学霸中的学霸,更是将智慧变现的企业家。求学时,一路开挂,是校园风云人物。创业后,几经波折,彻底改变人们的生活。 他说要“用智能语音智能点亮生活”,他做到了。他说要让“人工智能触手可及”,他正在努力的路上。 1973年,刘庆峰出生于安徽泾县。母亲开了一家小店卖包子,日子过得倒也殷实。 刘庆峰常坐在小店里看母亲算账。五岁多的他竟无师自通,复杂的粮票兑换算得又准又快。 父母以为他只是比其他孩子智力发育早一些,没想到神童的称号竟一直伴随了刘庆峰十几年。 初中物理,数学奥赛都是第一名,中考成绩全县第一。高中拿遍全国奥赛国家奖。高二放弃清华保送。 考入中科大17岁考入中国科学技术大学少年班工程专业。在13个省市的高考状元学霸堆里,他又是第一名。 在校期间永远的一等奖学金。李庆峰不仅学习好,人缘也好。为他后来创业,聚拢人才奠定了基础。 像刘庆峰这样的天才都有一个梦。他们的理想不同于一般人,他们要成为改变时代、颠覆人类认知的科学家。刘庆峰也一样。 而国外的先进实验室无疑是很好的选择。一直以来,刘庆峰坚信自己毕业后会赴海外留学。 然而,一次经历改变了刘庆峰的人生轨迹。也改变了中国语音智能的未来。 接触智能语音1992年,19岁的刘庆峰读大二。因为门门第一的成绩,被中科大,王仁华教授发现。他将刘庆峰带到中科大和国家计算机研究中心联合设立的人机语音通讯实验室。 一进实验室,刘庆峰被一排排计算机合成的人声震撼。看到自己引以为傲的数学知识可以应用于信号处理,顿时激情澎湃。 王仁华教授和他聊起自己“自动翻译电话”的思路和想法。看到刘庆峰自然流露出的向往,王仁华很欣慰。 大三时,王教授给了刘庆峰一个机会:用三个月的时间,将一个日本的语音分析工具效率提高一倍。 刘庆峰答应了。事实上,他仅仅花了一个月的时间,就将效率提高了十倍!王仁华教授双眸发亮,如获至宝。这是中国语音智能的新希望啊! 王仁华开始牵头优化语音合成系统,并报给了国家863计划成果比赛。在比赛现场,评委观众都惊叹刘庆峰作品出类拔萃的音质自然度。 96年的暑假,刘庆峰运用自己的科研成果为华为优化了114电话咨询平台的语音,效果非常好,如同真人语音。华为给了刘庆峰1万元的奖励,并邀请他加入华为在深圳的研讨会。 与华为合作的这次经历,让刘庆峰走出了实验室,看到了市场的力量。 科研工作仅仅靠着国家科研经费的补贴没办法强大。但如果能让科研成果产业化就能从推动语音技术的创新发展。 90年代的科研工作者,一个月只有几百块钱的工资。如果进入外企工作,年薪可达十几万。这是多大的诱惑,能不造成人才流失? 本科毕业后,刘庆峰并没有按最初的计划出国。他留了下来,在中科大攻读博士。为中国自己的人工智能语音继续努力着。 他向恩师提出建议,创办自己的公司。为中国科研留住人才,为智能语音开发注入活力。 要办公司,就要实行公司的正规管理,这样才能生存下去。这就要设立股权机制。哪有学生向老师提出这样的要求? 可王仁华教授不一样。他答应了,并认可刘庆峰对公司的领导权。 创立科大讯飞1999年,在恩师帮助支持下,刘庆峰联合18位同学、老师创立了科大讯飞。 在公司成立的第一年,因为并没有营销经验,刘庆峰决定将市场营销委托给福建一家公司。他和老师,同学们专心研发产品。 然而福建公司并不懂技术,致使市场营销出现混乱。刘庆峰便将营销权收回,开始自己拓展市场。 2000年,公司推出一个安装在电脑上能说话的软件。软件做得很成功,但并不符合市场需求。而且极容易盗版,无法维权。 这次尝试失败了。年轻的刘庆峰和同学们,深切体会到什么叫市场。那和实验室是两码事。 另一方面,和科大讯飞谈合作的甲方有不少担心:科大讯飞的骨干力量都是中科大的在校学生。如果将来他们出国了,谁来维护系统?因此不敢用讯飞的产品。 公司步入正轨创业的初期,并不像刘庆峰的学习,一帆风顺。总是一波三折。但上天不负这群身怀理想的佼佼者。 他们拿下多个行业客户,并拿到安徽信托,美林集团,合肥永信三家公司的3000万投资。公司开始步入正轨。 2001年,全球互联网泡沫破裂。几乎所有行业都受到影响。科大讯飞客户量却在翻倍。拿到联想,英特尔等大型集团企业投资,一年间公司估值从原来的5000万翻到2.2亿元。 拿到投资金的科大讯飞,并没有喜滋滋地独自发展。对他们来说,钱不是最终目的,国家的科研工作可持续发展才是科大讯飞创业的初心。 于是科大讯飞资助中科院、清华大学、社科院的语言研究所的研究工作。后来这些研究所为中国输出了大量语音技术成果和人工智能语音人才。 2004年,科大讯飞开始盈利。05年,荣获了中国信息产业自主创新最高奖励“国家信息产业重点技术发明奖”。四年后,科大讯飞在深圳交易所成功上市。 在安徽合肥科大讯飞的总部,刻着“顶天立地”四个大字的巨石屹立在园区中心。这是科大讯飞的技术信仰。 技术要“顶天”,做到全球第一;应用要“立地”,切实为大众服务。这便是科大讯飞的发展战略。 科大讯飞的核心发展平台,包括感知智能、认知智能、大数据、云计算。讯飞 AI已经惠及的领域,有教育、政法、智能汽车、智慧城市、智慧医疗等八大行业。 在全国有3.5万余,已经用上了科大讯飞的智能教学系统。在政府办公领域,讯飞也发挥着越来越大的作用。 2017年,市场逐渐开始变化。互联网市场已经膨出,失去发展空间。AI产业成了投资领域的新宠。带给科大讯飞的竞争压力大于市场需求的增长。 百度、阿里、腾讯等等这些在互联网领域取得巨大成功的企业集团开始转战AI行业。 虽然短时间内,他们追不上科大讯飞的语音智能发展,但他们的流量,人才,产业生态,却将赶超讯飞成为可能。 刘庆峰一时间,有种被人压在夹缝中的感觉。随即扭转策略,一改创业时的“to B”模式,全面转向“To B+ To C” 双轮驱动模式。 刘庆峰把“人工智能触手可及”这一目标分解为:一,要有看得见,摸得着的真实应用案例。二是要能够规模化,可推广化生产。三是要用统计数据说明成效。 一切都在进行中。这个承诺的兑现只是时间问题。人工智能正和讯飞的新阶段发展将一起到来。
